Off-Risk Privacy Policy

1. Our commitment to you

(a) We are fully committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that any personal, sensitive and/or credit-related information (together, the “personal information”) that you give us, or that we may obtain in our dealings with you, especially in relation to your purchase of our legal document templates (the “OFF RISK Documents”), is safely secured. This “Privacy Policy” applies to all personal information collected by us, OFF-RISK Legals Pty Ltd ACN 652 710 542 (“OFF RISK”), from our website at https://vbll70yhy5c.c.updraftclone.com/ (the “Site”), our social media pages located at Facebook; Instagram; andLinkedIn  (together, the “Social Media Pages“), or otherwise through our dealings with you.

2. Collection of personal information
