Commercial & Property Lawyer
I have completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business, a Masters of Laws, and I am now undertaking a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). I have been a fully qualified commercial and property lawyer for more than a decade. Prior to becoming a partner of a commercial law firm, I was a lawyer at one of Australia’s leading top-tier law firms and I also became a nationally accredited mediator.
I’ve acted for publicly listed companies, government authorities, small business owners, start-ups, property developers and investors on a range of commercial and property transactions.
Working closely with clients in business, I’m able to identify the real issues and come up with practical (and affordable) solutions business owners need.
Having seen too many clients suffer expensive litigation costs, I teamed up with Zoran to start OFF Risk Legal Templates to offer all Australian business owners an affordable solution to protect themselves legally.

Commercial Litigation Lawyer
I have completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Arts (Distinction), a Master of Laws with Dean’s Honours, and I am now undertaking a PhD in Law. I’ve been a fully qualified commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer for more than a decade. Prior to becoming a partner of a commercial law firm, I practised law as a qualified commercial barrister and nationally accredited mediator, specialising in Court advocacy, evidence and civil procedure.
I’ve worked with multiple clients across different industries, including high risk individuals, high net-worth individuals, mums and dads, small businesses and large multinational companies.
Part of this speciality has honed my skills in knowing what a legal business document (or template) needs to contain to stand up against litigation and scrutiny.
